Another good blog

http://msjewelry4u.blogspot.com/

Blogs I'm trying to follow...

I feel so stupid sometimes when it comes to linking, following, twittering (or is that tweeting?) and all those other terms that everyone under the age of 20 knows without thinking.

Here's Additionsstyle's blog (maybe) http://additionsstyle.blogspot.com/

She's got very cool jewelry - here's her shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6267056

I just love these stacked hardware earrings!

Blog in Process

I will be working on my blog site to make it more better (Loretta, don't read that). So far it's about as disorganized as I am. I plan on adding pics of our "magnet workshop", and maybe pics of works in progress. Who knows where this blog will go.....stay tuned!
Following this Etsyian's blog also - lovely shop!

This is our newest magnet created by John, who practically grew up in the ocean, lol.

Our First Blog

Laughing Fridge Art Magnets was created by John and Donna McLean as a way to turn a hobby into a small business. We're a couple of baby boomers who started making magnets on a whim to give as amusing gifts. They turned out to be a big hit, so we kept making more!

We use birch plywood, draw out the design, and John cuts out the shape. We each paint our own designs using acrylic craft paints, and the finished product is sprayed with several thin layers of lacquer. Each one has a flat magnet on the back and is signed, dated and numbered.

Here's one of our magnets for sale on Etsy:
